  • The 2002 vintage provided excellent conditions for fully ripening our fruit. Warm late season temperatures ensured deep pigmentation and supple tannins in the grape skins. A traditional light crushing followed by tank fermentation at moderately warm temperatures and twice-daily pumpovers allowed full extraction of flavor and color components.   • Winemaker: Lisa Pretty
  • Palette de Rouge is a barrel select blend. The best barrels of estate grown, Bordeuax varietals are blended with each vintage offering something completely different. The 2003 was aged in oak for 3.5 years and bottle aged for one year prior to release. The result is a medium bodied, soft, smooth and silky wine.
