  • Production: 330 cases Tasting Notes: Crisp and creamy, lime and lemon zest, honeysuckle, mandarin orange, lemon curd, creme fraiche, wild sage, sea salt, chalky, mineral lime, incredible length and texture. Great now, and should improve significantly with bottle age. Even so, I can’t seem to stop popping the corks on this wine

  • Golden straw in color with rich deep aromas of hazelnut, butter crĂ®me, lemon and clove spice. This wine is full body in style with flavors of red apple, roasted almonds and Meyer lemon. An elegantly crafted Chardonnay with a long finish that turns creamy without losing its structure. This wine would pair well with creamy seafood dishes, havarti cheese and roasted nuts.
