Stone fruit and citrus scents in the nose open flavors of intense peach and lime concentration with substantial viscosity; the finish is long, rich and balanced. 3	Hyatt Vineyards 2006 Winter Harvest White Wine View Label Riesling Hyatt Vineyards (Zillah, WA) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Andy Gamache Hand Picked after the first freeze of the season, then pressed frozen resulting in a 45.6 brix must at the start of fermentation. Tacking two and a half months to ferment resulted in a wine of rich pear, apricot, and nectarine aromas on the nose leading to pear honey and dried fruits on the palate. The viscosity is substantial, but balanced with significant acidity resulting in a long clean finish. Question?
