  • Semillon is possibly one of Washington's great untold stories and rivals the best from Europe, California and Australia. This was a great vintage and the wine is classic with dry, crisp flavors yet not as rich as other years, but promising to age 3 to 5 more years. Serve with white fish, especially black cod or halibut but also chicken.
