  • "Nobel Rot", Botrytis cinerea has worked its magic on this Riesling. We hand selected Beerenauslese-only clusters infected with greater than 50% of this "noble rot" for our Late Harvest Riesling. Complex and subtle aromas of orange blossom, honey, and rose petals along with tangerine excite the nose.
