  • 2007 was a cool year, with harvest two weeks later than usual. We picked the fruit based on our desired flavor profiles and delivered some very flavorful, bright, and floral Chardonnay. The cool ripening period provided slow even ripening and optimal flavor maturity. A very elegant, medium-bodied wine, exhibiting nuances of pear, apple, Meyer lemon, and tropical fruit, with a subtle hint of creamy vanilla from French oak aging.
