  • Winemaker: Michael Shaps
  • A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc Aged 7 months in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled in February 2008. Released in April 2008. Nose – Sweet tropical aromas convey through the light floral notes and fresh fruit. Taste – Pear and pineapple that integrate nicely with the acidity. The finish is long and rich in an off-dry style. Food Pairing – Aged in neutral oak, this wine is a light crisp summer wine. Drink cold as an aperitif or with lighter fare.

  • A semi-sweet, white wine reminiscent of German Mosel. The nose reveals light pear and golden delicious apple, accented by honey and floral notes. Firm acidity balances nicely with the 3% residual sugar. This wonderful summertime wine pairs with spicy foods (Thai, Pacific Rim) fish, fresh fruit, desserts, or just on its own!
