  • Chardonnay of the Pink Ray, 2009, 100% Monterey County, 100 cases, Unoaked We started with crystal clear, sun-kissed chardonnay from Monterey County with bright, refreshing flavors -- gravenstein apples and pears. Then we blended in just a kiss (.75 %) of our Estate Petite Sirah. Why? Because Pink is the vibrational Ray of Love -- the most powerful Energy in the Universe. And because Petite softens the upper acid registers of a steel-tanked chardonnay without sacrificing its joie de vivre.
