  • Rhone-style blend of Viognier (62%), Roussanne (26%), and Marsanne (12%). The bulk of this wine’s fruit comes from Elephant Mountain Vineyard and a small but flavor-significant portion of Roussanne came from the new Two Coyote Vineyard. The fruit was harvested by hand, hand-sorted at crush and whole cluster pressed.
