Cedar Mountain Winery 2008 Scarlet Syrah View Label Rosé of Syrah Cedar Mountain Winery (Livermore, CA) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Earl Ault Scarlet is a delightful dry Rose made from 100% Livermore Syrah grapes. After crushing, the juice was allowed 6 hours of skin contact to give the vivid scarlet color. Cold fermentation to dryness at 53 degrees maintained the bright pomegranate and strawberry flavors.
