  • Having gone to winemaking school in Germany, I have always liked making European style Rieslings. There are not too many Riesling vineyards left in Napa Valley since Cabernet Sauvignon fetches so much more money for the grower. We can be thankful that Ken and Ellen McGill have preserved this great Riesling Vineyard right in the middle of the Rutherford Bench of Napa Valley.
