  • The creamy mousse and tight bubbles on our 2007 Blanc de Blanc are the first indications that this wine was made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise. The nose on this sparkler offers crisp odours of green apple, honeydew melon, and clover honey that lead you into hints of tangerine and grapefruit. That green apple greets you once again on the palate along with hints of yeast and fresh dough that are brought forth in the creamy texture and mouth feel of this elegant sparkling wine.
