1	2005 Cabernet Sauvignon View Label Appellation: St. Helena Parry Cellars (St. Helena, CA) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Andy Schweiger This elegant, well-balanced Cabernet is showing a lush fruity nose with notes of blackberry, cassis, pomegranate and undertones of cumin and coriander. On the mouth, the wine has a velvety entry with notes of cherry and faint nutmeg and mocha/cocoa flavors and a lingering finish with ripe boysenberry notes. Our wine pairs wonderfully with beef short ribs, a juicy barbequed beef flat iron or roast pork tenderloin. Acclaim: Our 2005 cabernet received a 93 rating from Anthony Dias Blue in his August 2009 issue of The Tasting Panel magazine and Best of Class out of 61 medal winning cabernet sauvignons at the November 2008 American Fine Wine Competition in Boca Raton, Florida.
