This new release is a Bordeaux style blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot and has been in the works for 2 years. This spent 12 months in French oak, and then bulk aged in stainless steel until we bottled in early September. Aromas of cranberries, blackberries, nutmeg and pepper.
