Then we blended in just a kiss (.75 %) of our Estate Petite Sirah. Why? Because Pink is the vibrational Ray of Love -- the most powerful Energy in the Universe. And because Petite softens the upper acid registers of a steel-tanked chardonnay without sacrificing its joie de vivre.
