  • A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc Aged 7 months in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled in February 2008. Released in April 2008. Nose – Sweet tropical aromas convey through the light floral notes and fresh fruit. Taste – Pear and pineapple that integrate nicely with the acidity. The finish is long and rich in an off-dry style. Food Pairing – Aged in neutral oak, this wine is a light crisp summer wine. Drink cold as an aperitif or with lighter fare.

An unusually cool 2010 Spring & Summer lead into a consistently warm Fall, producing balanced, elegant wines with lower alcohol and higher acidity.
