Our winemaker’s goal in creating Mainsail White was to make a wine that is suited to everyday consumption: easy to drink, light but flavorful, dry but with a soft finish. It is blended from three varieties, including Vidal Blanc, Cayuga White, and a little Riesling, to enhance the aroma.
