2007 Paso Robles Roussanne: Silver Medal-San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! Harvested from the Westside in Paso Robles, this Rhone style wine was gentle whole clustered pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel casks for 4 months, then racked into seasoned French oak barrels for an additional 90 days. It shows lots of delicate fruit characteristics of pear, apple, and honey.
