  • 100% pure, fresh pomegranate juice. The pomegranates were grown in orchards in the dry, arid portion of the southern San Joaquin Valley of California. The fruit was delicately pressed without macerating the rinds or seeds. This brilliant, ruby-colored wine displays a silky elegance in the flavor profile, punctuated by its spunky, acidic backbone. This wine is fantastic straight-up and chilled as either an aperitif or dessert wine.

  • Our California grower calls us when the Pomegranates are at the peak of ripeness. We use them for our Vodkas but Dad & I stashed some fresh juice away in a barrel and fermented it just like a port. The fermentaion was arrested with our own flavorful brandy so when you taste this wine, it's sweet but with sideline tartness... what a way to eat pomegranates!
