The 2006 ECLIPSE Late Harvest Pinot Noir fills the palate with silky honey and ripe fruit flavors that lends to a soft luscious warming finish. This lovely wine is a perfect accompaniment to a simple cheese plate featuring mild flavors that allow this wine to “glow”.
