Traditional ice wine has lower alcohol content, usually between 8-9.5%, and has a greater residual sugar content of between 10-20%. Brys Estate "Dry Ice" has an alcohol content of 13.9% and has a lower residual sugar content - 7% - thus the name "Dry Ice". This wine shows classic varietal character with hints of grapefruit, apricots, pineapple and passion fruit.
