4	2004 2004 Vidal Blanc Iced Wine Appellation: Finger Lakes Dessert Wine Fulkerson Winery (Dundee, NY) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Sayre Fulkerson A French-American hybrid developed by J. L. Vidal in Bordeaux. It is one of the finest white hybrid grapes. The grapes were frozen naturally on the vine and havested and pressed while still frozen. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and then iced and pressed. The golden color points out it's intense concentration.
