  • A perfect complement to dark chocolate, and chocolate and nut desserts. Cassis is made with locally grown black currants, grown at the Farm Between in Cambridge, Vermont. The berries are fermented on the skins and barrel-aged, to produce a port-style wine. Cassis is wonderful alone, or mixed with our Seyval Blanc to make a Kir or Champagne as a Kir Royale.
