  • This 2000 Blanc de Blancs is superbly crisp and inviting. It exudes elegant fruit aromas with hints of fresh Asian ginger, apples, pears and just a whisp of white pepper. The texture is supple and fresh - slghtly creamy - lasting just long enough to leave hints of freshly baked baguette and delicate hazelnut essense. The flavors are reminiscent of peach, Fuji apple, warm patisserie with a tropical vanilla bouquet.
