We only grow 1.9 acres of Chardonnay here at Witness Tree Vineyard. The bottling from this tiny site is truly a handcrafted, limited-production wine. Honey and spice fill the nose with just a hint of vanilla. The mouth is full and intense, brimming with tropical fruit flavors and almost a hint of butterscotch.
