5	$16.00 Regular as of 01/04	2009 SWEET MERLOT Appellation: Colorado Guy Drew Vineyards (Cortez, CO) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Guy Drew After a week on the skins we pressed the Merlot grapes and continued the long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks until stopping it with just the right amount of sweetness. This process gave the wine a dark red color. With aromas of blueberry on the nose, the palate is all fruit, dominated by blueberry then strawberry, cherry and red plum. It has a soft and rich creamy texture with a bit of vanilla at mid-palate. 248 cases produced Question?
