The 2007 Syrah is a deep, dark purple color with aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, brown sugar, with a touch of pepper. Notes of spice linger in the pallet. CV’s winemaker Brian Blair produced this wine from grapes grown by a well known vineyard in Amador County, California. There is perfect balance between fruit, 14.9% alcohol, and tannin.
