We personally selected the best barrels of our '04 Syrah and '04 Cabernet Sauvignon - both Gold Medal winners - to go into this reserve Cab/Syrah blend. Aged a full 24 months in French and American oak, this beautiful wine (made in honor of our Grandsons, Collin and Cooper Coates) is rich in dark cherry & currant flavors and aromas. Packaged in a beautiful silk-screened bottled and hand-dipped in wax, this wine may be enjoyed now, or cellared several years.
