Excellent with mild cheeses (brie, mild cheddar); rich seafood and shellfish; fettuccini; and poultry. Serve slightly chilled.

This wine is very fruity. Starting with ripe lemon and banana aromas then pear and kiwi fruit, mango and a taste of honey. It has nice acidity and a lot of weight on the palate. The color is a light straw yellow and is our favorite summer white that doesn’t loose anything at frig temperature.
