  • This chardonnay is a traditional Chablis styled chardonnay. The wine is delicate yet well balanced. It is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak, so the wine receives just a toasty kiss of oak that still allows the true fruit character to shine through. Lively lemon and pear notes with just a hint of vanilla round out the mouth. The crisp, clean finish makes our Chardonnay the perfect accompaniment to fish, fowl and lighter foods.
