Acclaim: Jim Lester, a pioneer with 26 years experience, was one of the first winemakers to exclusively grow the classic vinifera grapes in Southwest Michigan with the goal of crafting world-class wines. His bias is old world cellaring and styling in the French tradition.

Ripe apple/pear aromas, subtle caramel and delicate spice combine in the nose with vibrant and elegant oak on the palate to encompass all of the diversity that Chardonnay can possess. Because the flavors of Chardonnay are so compatible with oak, this wine has been fully fermented and aged in new French and American oak barrels.
