4	Arista Winery 2008 Gewurtztraminer View Label Appellation: Russian River Valley Gewurztraminer Arista Winery (Healdsburg, CA) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Leslie Sisneros and Mark McWilliams This wine opens with an inviting fragrant nose of honeysuckle, vanilla bean and ripe melons. Although dry in residual sugar, bright fruity flavors of peach nectar and pear are backed by a crisp acidity creating balance and depth. Most of this wine was tank fermented but a small percentage was barrel fermented, thereby intensifying its creamy mouthfeel and adding more complex layers of flavor. Question?
