Aromas of peach, apricot, and honeysuckle follow through in the flavor and are accompanied with a nutty, lingering finish. An earth-mineral backbone is derived from the granitic red-clay hillsides of the region. These grapes were cold-pressed whole-cluster and barrel-fermented in large format barrels.
