  • Enticing aromas of pineapple, pear, spice and lemon. The palate is well balanced, with rich flavors of baked apple, peach, ginger and spice. The sugar at harvest was 27 degrees Brix, and the wine has 6% residual sugar. Pair with lemon meringue pie, peach cobbler, gingersnaps, or enjoy as an aperitif. (SILVER MEDAL)
