For the 2007 Vintage Mother Nature did not grace us with the cold temperatures early enough to make an Ice Wine but with a temperature of 21° Fahrenheit at harvest this Late Harvest Semillon does offer some characteristics found in Ice Wine. The first impression is of baked stone fruits, Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, and Plums with nuances of Caramel and Vanilla.
