This wine is a blend of New Mexico Chardonnay with 17% of an old dry apricot wine produced from whole, fresh Placitas apricots. This wine is not sweet -- it is crisp, dry and complex. Excellent with rich creamy dishes and seafood.
Acclaim: This wonderfully unique and dry blend of grape wine and fruit wine does not fit any wine competition category.
