Nose – This wine exhibits an unreduced nose with cranberry notes and cardimon spice with hints of chocolate . Taste – A well balanced wine with strawberry tart notes and soft tannins. Food Pairing – A very versatile wine that will pair well with lighter meats, poultry and game.
