Vermont Ice Red is one of a kind. The first Frontenac Ice Wine and the first Red Ice wine made in Vermont. Difficult to produce, grapes can only be harvested when temperatures drop below 20 degrees; therefore, produced in batches of three hundred. Contains fifteen-percent residual sugar and fifteen-percent alcohol. Vermont Ice Red displays lively acidity with concentrated jam flavors of blackberry and plum with hints of oak.

A perfect complement to dark chocolate, and chocolate and nut desserts. Cassis is made with locally grown black currants, grown at the Farm Between in Cambridge, Vermont. The berries are fermented on the skins and barrel-aged, to produce a port-style wine. Cassis is wonderful alone, or mixed with our Seyval Blanc to make a Kir or Champagne as a Kir Royale.
