Something very special. Harvested on Sept. 29, 2004 from Kiona's North Block Vineyard on Red Mountain, The 2004 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon was a well balanced wine from the grape to the bottle. Aromas of Raspberry, Black Cherries and Black Currants, displaying layers of dark chocolate, and cigar smoke showing a complexity of terroir only found in the Red Mountain AVA. A Big Red to be paired with Prime Rib, T-Bone or King Salmon.

Delightfully tangy Pinot Grigio will stand on it's own as an aperitif, or pair nicely with salads and seafood.Dry, crisp, nice balance of acid and sugar at harvest from The Evergreen Vineyard. Subtle citrus, and pear aromas, tangy but not bitter. Pair with salads, seafood or pork.
