    		 Silvan Ridge/Hinman Vineyards was established in 1979 and is maintained in the tradition of a small European winery. Located just fifteen minutes from Eugene, our beautifully landscaped property provides the perfect backdrop for an afternoon picnic, or an evening under the stars.

    Our newly remodeled facilities are beautifully decorated, creating a formal, yet relaxing atmosphere. From our intimate dining room to our ever-popular banquet and tasting rooms, every aspect of our facility is decorated in a European vintage style.

    We welcome daily visitors to stop in and sample our award-winning varietals. Relax near our cozy fireplace, immerse yourself in the elegant beauty of our tasting room, or enjoy a picnic on our patio for a lazy afternoon. At Silvan Ridge/Hinman Vineyards, you are always welcome.

  • This medium bodied and aromatic Oregon Pinot Noir opens with aromas of raspberry, cherry liqueur and leather with a touch of clove. Pomegranate, cherry and plum flavors dominate the palate. This wine should age well for the next 7 years.

    		2009 Silvan Ridge Early Muscat Semi-Sparkling
  • Appellation: Oregon
  • Muscat Blanc Dessert Wine
  • Winemaker: Jonathan Oberlander
  • This wine was fermented at a low temperature to accentuate the fresh fruit character. It displays explosive peach, mandarin orange and classic floral Muscat aromas that jump out of the glass. The flavors mirror the nose with a lively citrus quality, refreshing acidity and spritz to balance the sugar. The finish is clean refreshing with long fresh peach flavors reminiscent of the best Italian moscatos. Serve very well chilled as an apperitif or as a dessert with fresh fruit.
