  • “The 2007 Pinot Gris has a very bright, inviting clarity, with a slight yellowish green hue. The nose suggests pear, passion fruit, and mango. The palate reveals flavors of green apple candy, peaches, a focused, terse acidity, and a pleasant, long finish. This is a fantastic wine with seafood, or for sipping in the heat of summer. As the wine warms from refrigerator temperature, the palate bulks up and becomes invitingly rich.”
