Estate Bottled Red Burgundy (The King of Wines.) Aged in French Oak Barrels for complexity. Softly textured strawberry and raspberry fruit with a complex finish. Overtones of rose petals. Food Combination: Game meats such as venison and duck. Salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, salmon with dill sauce, turkey and walnut stuffing, pork, lamb, poultry with rosemary.
