    		 West Wind Farm is a fourth-generation homestead in the Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virginia. We make only small batches of great wine and have done so since our first vintage in 2005.

    We welcome hikers, motorists, cyclists, motorcyclists, corporate escape artists, picnicking lovers, stressed out lawyers, tired old hippies, Yankee tourists and the occasional wine expert to our breezy hillside.

    You don't have to be a wine expert. You don't have to have even tried wine before at all. Come visit with us and see what we have to offer. We think you're going to enjoy yourself.

  • Our 2007 Pinot Gris is a luscious white wine, perfect for outside, summertime, or anytime enjoyment. A slight amount of residual sugar makes this appealing to virtually all palates. You might note hints of bright citrus and tropical fruit in this limited-release white wine. Our award-winning 2005 and 2006 vintages sold out rapidly, so don't wait!
