  • The aroma begins with floral notes of honeysuckle and honey followed by notes of ripe pears. The flavors show a crisp acidity, lively ripe pears, apples, honey notes and a hint of citrus. The wine texture is rich and round with light spritziness. The finish is oily and long with lasting spiciness and fruitiness. This Pinot gris is appropriate for drinking now, but will open up and soften over the next year.
