  • Appellation: Yakima Valley
  • 100% barrel fermentation, “sur-lie” aging in those same barrels, and 100% malolactic fermentation all combine with our carefully selected grapes to produce a wine that is poised between richness and elegance. Aromas include lemon zest, vanilla, butter and a touch of smoke. On the palate you’ll find classic apple laced with suggestions of pineapple, toast, and mango. These complex flavors linger in a smooth, supple finish.
