Red ------------- ---	2006 Pinot Noir "Windsor Oaks" Appellation: Russian River Valley Winemaker: Michael Logan This small block of Dijon Clone 115 from a hillside block in the Windsor Oaks vineyard of the Russian River Valley AVA achieves astounding levels of ripeness, structure, and color. Tank-fermented by its natural yeasts, this wine had a very steady fermentation and extended maceration to pull as much flavor and intensity from the fruit as possible. In all, over half a dozen blocks of Pinot Noir from various sites around the Russian River were each fermented separately, utilizing indigenous yeasts, and then aged in french and hungarian barrels.
