A wine of finesse and delicacy, which resulted from a typical year of Oregon weather. More rain at the end of the growing season led to a less concentrated wine that resembles garnet in hue and has a prominent smokiness in the nose. A unique wine thanks to the climate. This wine received the bronze metal at the NW Wine Summit, a wine competition among wineries in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and B.C. Enjoy with lamb or meaty fish such as salmon.

This wine has a nice balance of fruit and earthy components that the barrel and aging added. It is medium bodied, and a beautiful representation of the 2007 growing season. A great value! The bouquet of smokiness lends itself to barbecued meats and smokes cheeses. Try with dishes that include tarragon.

A wine with rich velvety texture and many layers of flavor thanks to the wonderful growing season. Initially cherry and deep red fruit characters on the nose, that come into full bloom once on the palate. A nice tartness on the finish that rounds out the experience and leaves a light clean tannin on the tongue. Bold enough to be paired with peppered steak, but complex enough to be enjoyed on its own.

2007 Pinot Blanc Reserve

This wine developed many layers of complexity during a warm summer growing season that led to gradually cooling temperatures toward harvest. It has a silky feel on the tongue with the scent and taste of melons. Fermentation and aging in neutral barrels added richness, viscosity and a nutty character. We love it with oysters, shrimp and especially Dungeness crab. Most combination's that use butter, cream, or cheese work beautifully

This wine is bright "sparky", and crisp and has a wonderfully forward aroma of apples, flowers and spice. It is very rich in flavor and has an interesting palate that tantalizes with hits of grapefruit, citrus and key lime pie. This wine is scantily clad but not smutty.
