2007 Jordan Block Pinot noir The 2007 Jordan Block offers intense flavors of pineapple, blackberry, plum, and currant. It portrays the earthy minerals through forest floor, cocoa, and smoke. Aromas of black pepper, spice, and ash surround the hint of oak. The finish is rich with a full and round texture. The tannins are very balanced and structured, and need time to open up. Higher acidity will make this wine very food friendly. Best from 2011to 2025.
