Both vintages aromas and flavors are typical Klingele ripe blackberry, purple plum, cedar, mushroom and black licorice. A very nice vanilla note also creeps in on the full-bodied finish. The structures are seamless with a long satisfying finish. This wine would match quite well with lamb, game birds such as pheasant and quail.
