It shows flavors and aromas of dried cherry, cocoa/mocha and thyme and finishes in toasted vanilla, chalky tannins and generous acids. This could be the ultimate pizza and Italian pasta wine. White ---	2008 Masterpiece Appellation: Yakima Valley Viognier Blend Blend of Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Winemaker: Mark Wysling Rhone-style blend of Viognier (62%), Roussanne (26%), and Marsanne (12%). The bulk of this wine’s fruit comes from Elephant Mountain Vineyard and a small but flavor-significant portion of Roussanne came from the new Two Coyote Vineyard. The fruit was harvested by hand, hand-sorted at crush and whole cluster pressed.
